How to Use the Sleep Tracker
Use this tracker every day for one full week to monitor your child’s sleep habits.
Each day, record:
- Morning sleep details (wake-up time, how they slept, etc.)
- Daytime activities (naps, exercise, screen time, caffeine, etc.)
- Bedtime routine and nighttime details (bedtime, how long it took to fall asleep, night wake-ups, and total sleep)
Tip for Word users: When typing in the chart cells, the boxes will automatically expand and adjust as needed.
Use the notes section on page 2 to jot down anything important (illness, travel, schedule changes, etc.).
At the end of the week, review your entries and look for patterns. This will help you better understand your child’s sleep and make positive adjustments.
